Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack with Care
Place the HALO Ring in its original luxury packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
